To facilitate the donors, contributors and sponsors, the works to be carried out and cost involved are given below. Donors may select the items of works to be carried out according to their willingness and pleasure. The names of the Contributors, who are donating Rs. 50,000/- and above will be carved in the Granite Stone to be erected during the Kumbhabhishekam of the Rajagopuram.Major works are as follows:
1. Scaffolding work for rajagopuram
2. Scrapping the external lime plastered surface
3. Providing and rendering with plastering
4. Brickwork in cm 1:5 using country bricks
5. Providing lime sculptures (dolls)
6. Providing teak wood planks (inside flooring)
The level wise expediture as follows:
Scaffolding works Rs 3 lakhs
1st level Rs 5.5 lakhs
2nd level Rs 5.5 lakhs
3rd level Rs 5 lakhs
4th level Rs 4.5 lakhs
5th level Rs 4 lakhs
6th level Rs 3.5 lakhs
7th level Rs 3 lakhs
8th level Rs 2 lakhs
9th level Rs 1.5 lakhs
Vimanam Rs 1.5 lakhs
Total Rs 39 lakhs
Miscelaneous works to be taken up
1. Repairs to kudavasal door– lump sum Rs. 1,00,000/-
2. Providing lightning arrester- lump sum Rs. 1,00,000/-
3. Providing copper kalasam - lump sum Rs. 50,000/-
4. Providing electrification - lump sum Rs. 1,00,000/-
5. Providing aluminium ladder - lump sum Rs. 50,000/-
Grand total Rs. 43,00,000/- (Rupees forty three lacs only).
Note: The break up is approximate and may vary to some extent. Efforts are taken to find ways and means to reduce the cost and maintain superior workmanship.
